Terms and Conditions
All bookings are made and accepted in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions which form the guideline of your contract with Eric Grandison Golf School
1. Booking confirmation and deposit
The person making the booking solely or for a group or on behalf of a person or group is responsible to Eric Grandison Golf School for all payments in respect of the booking. Once the chosen tour/service is booked an invoice will be sent requesting the required non-refundable deposit. From this point a contract exists between you and Eric Grandison Golf School
2. Payment and final balance
Final payment of the balance is due 10 weeks prior to the start of your tour/service. If the payment is not received by the due date Eric Grandison Golf School reserves the right to cancel your booking in its entirety. In such an event there will be no refund of money paid to date. Any tours/service booked less than 10 weeks prior to tour start date will require payment in full.
3. Cancellation charges
What you will need to pay if you cancel:
More than 60 days before arrival - 30% of total cost of Tour/Service
30-60 days before arrival - 50% of total cost of Tour/Service
30 days or less before arrival - 100% of total costs Tour/Service
In the unlikely event Eric Grandison Golf School has to cancel any tour/service we will endeavour to offer options to re-schedule. In terms of refunds, we will of course refund to you in full any money paid up to the date of cancellation excluding any non-refundable amounts that will not be returned to us by our service providers for reasons described in Section 6 of our Terms & Conditions. Exclusions that apply to refunds by us are also governed by our “Force Majeure” description in Sections 6 of our Terms & Condition. Please ensure that you have holiday insurance as advised in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
5. Changes to your bookings
We will endeavour to accommodate any changes you wish to make up to 10 weeks prior to arrival free of charge. All changes must be advised in writing to Eric Grandison Golf School quoting the invoice reference number. Changes to your booking made after this time will be subject to an administration fee of £50 for each change.
6. Force majeure
Eric Grandison Golf School will not be liable for refunds for money paid for tour/service or expenses incurred through travel delay, travel cancellation, acts of god, force majeure or events beyond our control. Force majeure is unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control such as war or threat of war, pandemic outbreaks, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourself in the event of cancellation, damage or loss of luggage, personal injury, accident or illness including any point made in section 6 of “Force Majeure”.

These terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Law of Scotland.
